The Gamerator Is A Video Game Console With An Embedded Beer Keg

The Gamerator is a large video game console unit that offers 1000+ arcade games AND more importantly it holds a beer keg.

The unit houses a refrigerated panel that holds a pony keg, plus, of course, a couple of cup holders for aforementioned keg contents. It also boasts dual joysticks and a trackball. Personally I think a 4-player setup would be more advantageous, because 2 people does not a party make. But, they've outfitted it with Windows XP to allow for additional programs or apps to be run on this bad boy, should you so desire, and enabled it to hook up to most other video game systems.

Each Gamerator is custom-built to order and will set you back $3,995, but you'll also have to pony up $500 or so to ship this behemoth to wherever you live. You can buy one at Gamerator.

Contra and beer! Space Invaders and beer! Mortal Kombat and beer! These are all winning combinations, people. Luckily the price includes a free membership to GameTap so you can get more games, because other than the three I just named, most of the included games are a little obscure. I mean, it's not that I don't love Castlevania 1, 2, and 3, or that I'm not excited to check out Root Beer Tapper, Plump Pop, or Super Qix- it's just nice to know there are more options available to folks who drop $4 grand on this console.
