ABCs Made From Physics Diagrams
A clever and artsy chap over at Munna On The Run drew a fascinating alphabet in which the A-Zs are drawn entirely out of physics diagrams.

Munna professes to loving physics while failing at it in school, and says he was inspired to create the alphabet by the theory of everything. He explains, "a theory of everything (TOE) is a hypothetical theory of theoretical physics that fully explains and links together all known physical phenomena." I say, that's a whole lotta "theory" in one sentence!

He also claims that creating this poster "literally transported [him] into a parallel universe." I might dispute that claim, but then again I suppose there's always the chance that a) there are parallel universes and that b) he was literally transported into one, however slim that chance may be. I don't want to be a hater or anything.

You could print this out for your child as an alternative way to
learn his/her ABCs, but for that particular application I personally
favor Tiffany Ard's Nerdy Baby ABCs, which are about 100 times less intense and about 100 times more whimsical than this. Or, if that's still too advanced for you, might I suggest that this alphabet made out of pretzels will be more your speed.
Full disclosure: I never took physics and I feel comfortable with the pretzel alphabet.
