This doesn't look comfy, but this recycled ski chair on Treehugger is a good way to get rid of those old non-parabolic skis that may or may not still lurk in my parents' garage.



My neon yellow Rossignols were really cool when I was 13 but due to technological advances in ski equipment they are basically big long fiberglass garbage sticks. I think I would have made the pointy parts towards the back though- for looks and comfort.
