Tokyomango reports that a small womens-only firm in Japan is offering paid leave for bad breakups.



The CEO created the system so that you get more days of leave if you're older, noting that "women in their 20s can find their next love quickly, but it's tougher for women in their 30s, and their break-ups tend to be more serious."
