See how that can have different meanings? The description says "stand up for how you feel about smoking." But wearing cigarettes kind of says "I'm a smoking lover" to me. So I am a bit flabbergasted as to how wearing what to some would be delicious-seeming earrings is supposed to be an anti-smoking, anti-cancer message, but whatever. Plus if you happened to be walking by drunk people or crackheads or someone else who wanted a cigarette really badly and whose wits were impaired your lobes could be seriously endangered by their grabbyhands, so, that's a negative.
