Gingerbread Is The New Black

I present the mid-century modern gingerbread house!

Leave it to TreeHugger to parse out its green virtues:
...you can order this charming butterfly roofed modernist wonder, complete with garage and rock garden. Since it is such an important indicator of the value of real estate, at $88 bucks we calculate this to cost $176 per square foot, which is pretty cheap for good modern design. Like many prefabs, delivery is extra. Gingerbread as a structural and cladding material is completely biodegradeable for LEED points (as is the xeriscaped garden) and compostable for C2C certification.
But let's be honest, buying this for $88 would be a TOTAL cop-out when you could make it. There's no Instructables yet so I should totally get on that.

If you must buy it, I won't make you search: it's right here. You can personalize the name.
