As usual, environmentalists are still trying to spend every waking hour convincing me that it's my fault that the planet is going to hell. Here is a bit of respite though- in honor of International Talk Like A Pirate Day, some guy has charted the causal relationship between pirate decline and climbing global temps.
'Tis true, thar be far fewer pirates and far more meltin' bergs nowadays. Aarrrgh. Plus, he has a very science-y graph, so it must be true. Not just true, but causal. It's science!

That chart was actually from the initial letter sent by The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster to the Kansas School Board regarding the latter's decision to teach Intelligent Design and give a disclaimer stating that Evolution was just a "theory".
