The Widex hearing aid is encrusted with over 200 diamonds and costs around $42 grand. At that price, they should let you customize the text, because that giant WIDEX on the bottom is really making the thing tacky. Without the logo, I'm sure it would be trés tasteful. And I don't know that much about hearing aids, but I assume the key thing would be functionality of the actual hearing aid mechanism, not how much it sparkles. But if you had some of these that you were trying to match, maybe you wouldn't care.
