The city of Liverpool, England, is paying gajillions of dollars to have this crazy-rotating-hunk-of-building art piece installed and run for 8 months.




The long and short of it is that there is a big hole cut out and put on a pivoting axis, so it looks like the building it turning inside out. It was designed by Richard Wilson who I've never heard of until right now when he just became my favorite artist ever.
